Angelo is a WASH and climate change technical advisor at WaterAid Timor-Leste. He is an engineering specialist and has extensive experience working across community development programs in Timor-Leste. Angelo is currently providing technical leadership across WaterAid’s programming including developing and testing community-based tools to strengthen climate resilience and overseeing technical designs and quality across all of WaterAid’s infrastructure implementation. Angelo has significant project management experience, working on programs on disaster risk reduction, agriculture, and community development. A passionate climate change advocate, and gender justice champion, Angelo is committed to learning and passionate about capacity strengthening and mentoring approaches.
