Oloka work in many donor funded projects in Solomon Islands. He is well versed in project management methodology, change management, project planning, team building, and communications.
Charles Oloka was very happy and privileged to represent World Vision Solomon Islands in the recent Asia Pacific Ministerial Conference on Disaster Risks Reduction in Brisbane Australia.
One of his most memorable achievement in Solomon Islands is the Coordination and completion of the first ever National Agriculture survey report in Solomon Islands in 2019.
Charles Oloka is a graduate of the University of the South Pacific; with Post Graduate studies in economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Physics.
