Tagan Paul is the International PSEAH and Safeguarding Adviser for the Australian Red Cross. As a humanitarian professional with remote and on-the-ground experience in more than 20 countries, Tagan now provides advice and coordination across the Asia Pacific region and to high-risk and complex global emergencies. She specialises in policy, research, capacity building, supporting effective systems and processes, and promoting application across the humanitarian-resilience programming spectrum.
Tagan holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Master of (International) Development Studies, a Master of Peace and Conflict Studies, and is embarking on an upcoming PhD in Peace and Conflict Studies.
