Mr. Willy Missack works with the Vanuatu government on policy-making and advisory to the Vanuatu Climate Action Network on disaster risk reduction and climate change programs, projects, initiatives, and activities by providing the Civil Sector to improve the national Climate Change Disaster Risk Reduction policy. Mr. Missack is also the Founder and Executive Director of Learn to Serve Vanuatu, a community-based organisation that works on Ecosystem Restoration and Sustainable Land Management, Water, Sanitation and Hygiene and Climate Justice. Mr. Missack was the Pacific Climate Change Collaboration, Influencing and Learning (PACCCIL) project manager and the Vanuatu Climate Action Network (VCAN) and Vanuatu Humanitarian Team (VHT) Coordinator at Oxfam in Vanuatu.
