Professional Bio
Courtney Anderson (BNutrDiet Hons) is a PhD Candidate at the University of the Sunshine Coast, with a background working in public health and community development. She is a strong advocate for authentic engagement and working in partnership and collaboration to achieve outcomes. Her current PhD research builds on this passion and is exploring partnership models between Australia and partner countries in the Global South. Courtney’s current international development work in the Pacific is focussed on food systems and nutrition security, with a particular focus on seaweed and aquaculture value chains, gender equality and capacity building.
