Anna has worked in the international development and international education sectors for over 20 years and holds degrees in engineering, law and international relations. She is passionate about exploring how volunteering can play a strategic role in development. For the last five years, she has managed the Innovation Hub for the Australian Volunteers Program (an Australian government initiative), using human-centered design, systems thinking and experimentation to create new approaches to volunteering, while building the adaptive capability of the program.
