Mr Macanawi is Chief Executive Officer of the Pacific Disability Forum based in Suva Fiji. Previously the Executive Director of Fiji National Council for Disabled Persons and Headteacher, Fiji School for the Blind, Seta is a leading disability advocate in the Pacific region and has served in the committees of many international and regional organizations concerned with disability. Seta will speak about the need to shift to taking a strengths-based approach to development.
